        Rang yesterday 3.5.2023. The water hose on my 6 year old Karcher K2 Compact has a leak. Told by the lady it was best to buy a new pressure washer.!! I thought a firm like Karcher would do spare sparts. Rubbish service from a Karcher agent.

        Rubbish ordered a vac motor for a puzzi 400 said send pics I did then said need more info!! I sent same pics to 2 ramdem companys they came back with a vac each!!!! Explain yaself and the funny thing is I've used them over the last 20 years!
