Citizens Advice - South Ribble

Managed to call a couple of weeks ago lady very helpful but today I need one of the phone numbers she gave me as I lost it and cant get through at all.

Times are not from 9am. In Tuesdays they start ar 12. This is not responsible to give wrong times and made people come for nothing.

Had occasion to call in for advice at the CA clinic held at Leyland Council Offices on a Tuesday and got there early before it was due start anticipating a bit of a queue for the service. However it was quieter than thought with only a couple of others waiting prior to the 12 noon start. Some others did come in on or around the start time and once der way we were seen within 45 minswhich I thought quite acceptable. The standard of advice given was excellent , knowledgeable and in a pleasant manner. My only criticism was that people should have been seen in the order that they attended ie 'first come first served' and to this end allocated a number which would prevent people being sent out of order as in our case . All in all a good service otherwise which I would recommend people to use as its a valued service in my opinion and as they say if you don't use it you could lose it !

I have just spent the last hour trying to get through on the phone with press this number then press this number then after going through it all again I get hung up on got this twice .ring back go through it all again told I can leave a message no I can't because I got hung up on again .

Tried ringing for 5 days, online says its open yet nobody EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE EDIT: COS I CANNOT REPLY!!!!! Funny can answer this review, but still not pick up a phone. Volunteers or not its disgusting..
