ordered at 6pm to collect, told 30mins arrived on time to find not ready and told didn't know when it would be, customers waiting informed us they had been waiting quite some time, recently we have had wrong orders, things missing but to wait 2 hours is not acceptable, we had a child and a diabetic person waiting to eat and had to go elsewhere.
if you can't fulfil the orders then don't take them and be honest with your customers
