Mr Jones recently carried out a survey on a property I was looking to purchase. Prior to the visit Andy explained the process and what I could expect to receive once the survey was complete. The report I was given exceeded my expectations, breaking every aspect of the survey down into understandable sections, highlighting any potential issues, what was required to fix it and an estimated cost. I also received additional info on any issues that I may want to learn more about. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough, for such a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. If I ever purchase another property, I will be seeking the advice of Jones & Company...

I have recently instructed Jones and Company to survey a property I am purchasing. I received a friendly and very efficient service. The appointment was made as soon as possible, and the report was ready a couple of days afterwards. The survey report is very thorough and presented in a manner which is easy to interpret. Symbols and colour are used to highlight issues which need to be prioritised straight away or those which are less pressing and more advisory. I have found this very useful as a lay person. Andrew Jones called after the appointment to give me a brief overview of the property which was very reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones and Company.

I wasn't sure initially about whether to spend a little more and get a more detailed survey but I'm so glad I made the decision to engage Jones & Company. Andy was utterly professional and the report he generated was detailed, clear and backed-up by literally hundreds of photographs - many hi-res that allowed me to zoom in and see details of e.g. roof tiles and pointing. These will prove useful in the future as well as, in this case, reassuring me that the property is in good order at the point of purchase. Andy did not just access what was convenient but tracked down drains and grid access, walked all around the borders of the property and inside the roof cavities. On top of the report itself, Andy makes himself available for follow-up email and phone conversations which are exceptionally helpful given his years of experience and professional knowledge. All round, I could not recommend him more highly. Thank you, Andy.

Andrew did a very professional survey for us. He kept us informed of the major points immediately prior to the full report which came a few days later. There were lots of photos including aerial shots. He even produced a seperate abstract of the report for our solicitor. We could not have asked for a more comprehensive and deatiled report. Would definately use him again if the opportunity arose and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Brilliant!!
