        This company has no morals. One of their regular customers used my credit card for an order worth of 1400. I have notified them via phone call as my bank stopped the transaction, so they dont lose 1400 worth of goods as their customer was ready to collect the order. They thanked me and stupidly notified the customer, after I told them I already instructed the police with the information where the thief customer will be collecting their order. After that this company didnt want to help with my investigation when I said I want to file personal claim for identity theft and fraud against their customer. So FDP fine foods were very happy I helped them not to lose money but then they protected their fraudster customer. And they were happy to take my 1400 even though the invoice didnt match their thief customers name with my payment and billing details - which they confirmed their regular customer used my home address! I wonder what relationship they have with this fraudster when they protected this thief at all cost.
