Booked JP carpet cleaning to come and clean all my carpets in my home. However they never showed up, booked them to come on a Friday morning at 8am. When nobody showed after half an hour I rang about 5 times but no answer. I also left a voicemail and waited in until 10am. I still to this day 2 weeks later have not heard from them. Absolute terrible service and would never use them again for not even acknowledging my calls and voicemail. Don't even deserve a 1 star !!
