Tariq did an excellent job cleaning my 2 full-wool rugs. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the price was very reasonable considering the fantastic results. All of the dirt, stains, and cat urine odor are completely gone and the rugs look full of life again! I would 100% recommend their services to anyone and will be using them again in the future. Phoned and luckily got an an appointment the same day, I'd dropped a can of emulsion paint on my carpet, I'd cleaned as best I could but still left with a big stain, I didn't hold out much hope but had nothing to lose, AMAZING I'm so happy, completely clean and smells lovely and new. I am absolutely over the moon with my stairs and landing and rug clean, I didn't have much expectation of the rug due to it being a hand me down as we are renovating and in the family for 3 years already but wow super clean and got its fluffynes back.
