        John is very pleasant to deal with, professional & extremely courteous. Our flooring is Kardean & being now 15yrs old was in dire need of some love & attention. Being second owners of our house 'Mrs P' hated the flooring, wanted to carpet & has been complaining about it for the 5 yrs we've been in (I objected to carpet!). I was sceptical that it could be 'rejuvenated'...but eating my words now!!. John arrived on time, worked extremely hard & advised us before starting of his processes. 'Mrs P' can't stop saying "how great it looks"! & "so glad we had it done"...me?..seriously impressed!!!. Job was quickly done, no mess, fuss & kept tidy. Great value & can't recommend enough...well done John we'll definitely have you back for more cleaning. 10/10
