Friday street hand car wash chorley

Went here to get car cleaned, wanted the 20 clean, charged me 25 as Ive got dog which I dont mind, but done an absolute shocking job, wheels still dirty, loads of dirt still on seats and cup holders didnt see what a wipe looks like.

Never written a review before, however I am appalled with the service I received here today and upset. I asked if they would be able to fit my boot carpet back in as I wasn't able to do it myself, and I would pay for that and a car wash. The man Nawzad said no problem, he then just shoved the carpet roughly on but didn't fit it, I said it's okay if he wasn't able too and that I'd try somewhere else. He insisted and instead just started to wash my car, the jet wash was very powerful causing the badge on one of my alloys to come off. He spent less than 5 minutes cleaning it then said 10 please. He then refused to fit the boot carpet (which was the only reason I had came) stating "thats not my job" I explained that he should of told me that initially and I would of tried elsewhere. I asked if he takes card payment to which he said yes, but his card machine wasn't working, I said I'd go get the cash out, he tried grabbing my car keys out of the ignition and also grabbed my phone out of the side door. I said I would not be paying 10 and he said he would call the police. I told him to call the police, should of called them myself. I am not one to not pay people so I transferred him 5, on reflection I should of refused to pay at all, and after all that my car was dirty, the rain would of cleaned it better. I then went to a car wash next to Master tyres who fit the carpet for me and did not accept any money for it.

First time using this car wash and not disappointed. Great service,friendly staff. Was advised half an hour, on my return car was still being cleaned. I was happy to return later as the owner told me they wanted to do a good job for me. Car was clean inside and out and even cleaned the boot liner . I will be back and will recommend this car wash.
