Normally I wash my own car, however, being short on time I went to Sam's Car Wash thinking a hand wash would be better at removing the weeks salt and associated grit. Just a quick hand spray with something (no real coverage on the car) and that was it. A quick rinse and wash with hardly any water used. These days I'd expect a snow foam as a matter of course - the back wasn't clean with dirty patches and my paint is now full of swirls which I'll have to machine polish out. If you care about your car, don't take it here. Very disappointed.
