UPDATE: After talking to them they identified that they had made a mistake on the MOT and offered to MOT it for free, I was going to be called the next day to get it booked in, they called me in the middle of a meeting and said they would call back later, I never heard of them again and called them back 2+ weeks later to explain the situation, they then apologised again, and booked the MOT in for next day, car has now been MOT'd free of charge 2 months after purchase, and they also washed the car. Got there in the end, just a lot of hassle that wasnt needed. Original: Needed a car pretty quick so didnt take my time looking, picked one, to which the garage had quite lack luster communication for. But all was sorted, picked up car, it was agreed beforehand that they would MOT the car before i picked it up, but they never did, didnt notice untill few weeks later. Also paying way more than i was told by their salesperson, but I would put thst more down to finance company than the garage, again partially with the lackluster communication. If you're a busy busy person, go somewhere more communcative, and honest.
