Test drive to buying the vehicle was a pleasant experience. The sales personnel were courteous and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure we got a deal that surpassed our expectations.

Visited to look at a new car, the car didn't impress but the service I received was very good. From initially calling on a Saturday and booking a test drive for the next morning, being welcomed to the showroom, having the drive and speaking with the sales staff before and afterwards A* service.

Went with my partner to view electric motor vehicles. We observed quite a few staff, some with customers, the rest standing and talking amongst themselves. We looked around several vehicles on the forecourt before going into the showroom, taking it upon ourselves to sit in display models, testing out the comfort of the new electric cars, with a view to making a purchase. Unfortunately we were not acknowledged by one staff member...and whilst we aren't fans of pressure selling, this experience was too far the other way. Only when we were walking out of the forecourt gates, were we offered assistance. Very disappointing salesmanship indeed !
