We bought a large hotpot & hot chicken curry for a mothers day get together. The curry was bland & tasteless & the hotpot had hardly any meat in & a couple of hairs! Having shopped for years at Lathams I wouldnt shop there again . We ordered a takeaway after spending almost 60 on Lathams food. Disgraceful!!

Very disappointed. The 2 ladies in the shop were very sharp and extremely unfriendly. We were shocked at how expensive the frozen item were. 9.20 for a thin cheesecake???. Really need to rethink your staff training and pricing. Won't be going again!

Called in for lunch as I was passing as it used to be lovely food even though it's always been a bit more expensive. Unfortunately, the butter pie seemed to have passed by the butter however the meat and potato pie was nice however the large custard tarts was 10 and the pastry was very very thick and a little raw. Very disappointed

Well been many times but never again after spending 120 this last week on two orders, we told them no salmon yet they sent it on my sandwich which my wife has an allergy, totally ignored it. Cakes were stale and a sandwich missing, what do they reply with, sorry nobody else complained, well love its a good job my company don't reply with that response

Sent son for chicken and stuffing sandwich i got what looked like fried stuffin it was black and cheap chicken roll also fried came in a plastic bag. The bread was wet hot and sweaty. Went straight in bin.
