Stagecoach in Preston

Not very good services at all.

I had really disrespected experience today morning at church st, PR13BQ bus stop. We were 3 people standing on the bus stop we gave hand to 109 bus at 7:33am but it did not stop, I came their before 10 minutes because some times its coming before 3-4 min. I feel too much disrespect, its really not nice early morning missing bus and disrespect from people, hope he will not repeat it again and the Stagecoach will take action.

After the amazing train service had decided to cancel trains to Blackpool and not put a replacement bus service on I was left stranded in Preston, I asked a driver for stagecoach (Christian) he explained they can't let me in bus with the train ticket and that the train service.shpuld be providing suitable transport as replacement for cancelled the trains he gave me busfare out his own pocket #GoodDeedFprTheDay Thank you stagecoach thank you Christian

Very poor service. Shocked to hear from my son that the driver didn't take my son to his destination due to driver not having change for a 10. He told him to get off the bus. Which meant he had to find a shop for change then catch the next bus from the station, which was a mile away from his original stop. This happened 9.25am 6 February 2023. Bus A59 from Blackburn Preston New road.
