Sam has recently built a large extension to our property and we are more than happy with the results. He has a very high standard of workmanship and the team of tradesmen he uses are exceptional. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again for any further work.

Highly recommended. Sam and his team (and that includes roofer Mark Clarke and his team) did a brilliant job. It started as a repair to a leaking roof and it immediately became apparent a new roof was needed - about a week or so before Christmas Eve. Everyone went above and beyond to replace a lot of rotten wood and get a new roof on in time despite the job being delayed by snow. Sam is professional, meticulous and extremely competent. His communications are first class. Sam, Mark and the scaffolders (Chorley Scaffolding - also excellent) got stuck in, leaving everything clean and tidy. Sam and his team have just replaced our 40 year old kitchen - took it back to stone and put in a brand new one. Sealed walls, insulated, flooring, new kitchen units etc. Great attention to detail, well organised and did what he promised when he said he would.. A job well done. Much appreciated, thanks.

Simply put use this company. The whole experience from meeting the company owner Sam to the end result has been flawless. Sam has a fantastic team and are exceptionally clean and respectful of your property. Sam asks the customer regularly if your happy and will make helpful suggestions. Every part of your build or project will be meticulously over seen by Sam you literally sit back and enjoy the experience of your new space being created.I dont usually leave reviews and Im happy to be contacted and verified for anyone wanting peace of mind. The quality of work is exceptional and I have Sam and hes team booked in again for next year. Simply put the best company around this district. I am so pleased I chose Sam to convert my garage into a utility room. He surpassed my expectations, found solutions to every problem. He is reliable, enthusiastic, his attention to detail is first class. He goes the extra mile to ensure that you, the customer, are happy with the finished result. He has a great team around him, they all respect each other and have a good working relationship. I love my new utility room. Thank you so much Sam. I should add that he is a very tidy worker and everything is left clean and tidy before they leave for the day. Sam is a good project manager - he lets you know when the plumber/electrician, etc. will be on-site and what they will be doing, and they are there in a timely manner - no delays. He keeps you informed at every stage. I have no hesitation is recommending Sam - he and his team will do a great job for you.
