Measured for a breakfast bar installation in August. Still waiting for quote despite having contacted company three times. Last week rang again and emailed. Was promised a call back but, yet again, never received one. It would be good practice to let a customer know if their project was not going to be undertaken rather than leaving them to second guess. The initial visit was impressive, but sadly the lack of contact following was really poor and very disappointing.

After being recommend I decided to contact Redman & Bispham Ltd to provide a quote for an extension on my grandparents' house. I explained to the Director that we had a very tight timescale to complete a fully adapted extension for my grandfather with little mobility. They knew the importance of the extension and even after a few minor hiccups, ensured is was completed in the short timeframe we had. The director stuck by his word and made sure the extension was ready for our move in date. We are so happy with their work and wouldn't recommend anyone else!! Service: Remodeling
