Honestly I cant recommend this enough! It was my first session today and it really exceeded my expectations. The instructor Rob was very good and took time out to give very useful advice. Also, all of that attended were so lovely! Will definitely be returning.

Im in one the group as Im profoundly Deaf user British sign language! All lovely support communication and attitude like me family lovely .. I enjoyed the Ozonefit session! I still membership with them for 5 years this year in summer. I love attend every time sessions, important for me keep me fitness, mental mind, wellbeing keep going also fun, hard work with exercise for one hour and more fun with lovely people community group! Also fabulous various instructors encourage and support with us group also occasionally social out night also adventures too many much fun!

Simply the best training Ive ever done Every session is different . Always fun an always a great workout no matter the weather . Instructors make it feel like you get a 121 even though its a group session. Would recommend to anyone to try it . Everyone is so friendly and welcoming Thanks all

I absolutely love this fitness group! I have been a member for a few years now and its been the one of best things that I have ever signed up for. My fitness has improved so much since I started. The instructors are brilliant and are able to adapt moves for your level of fitness. The workouts are varied, challenging but always fun. The other group members are really supportive and I always have a good laugh with them. The social events are brilliant and Im looking forward to the social group walks coming up in the new year. Its a fantastic way to challenge yourself, get fit and meet new people.
