Professional dealership I visited my local dealers (Preston ) on Friday 31st March. I had looked at a bike on their website and called in to take a look. I have dealt with the same dealers for 10 years and always found them to be honest and trusting. I spoke to Brian Braithwaite and explained I would have the bike if the figures were right. I was in a rush so literally left him with it !!!! What a gent, 30 mins later he rang me and the deal was done. I picked my new bike up today and everything went so smoothly. Brian has kept me informed at each stage of the deal, he is exceptionally professional and it was an absolute pleasure to do buisness with Brian. This is how sales executives should behave, others would do well to emulate him. Thanks Bowker, but thanks Brian.

Took delivery of my BMW M1000R this week and I am in love Thank you to Brian for making the buying experience just fantastic. I really appreciated the no nonsense advice, without any sign of a hard sell. Brian was friendly without being condescending, and delivered information in a factual and professional way.
