Car was competitively priced and backed up with a full 12 month warranty/breakdown assistance which gives you total peace of mind. Paula in the service department is very good too. Shame had to give it one star. Even doesn't deserve that. Book my car in months ago for a 8 am appointment. Wasn't ready at 12 said its book in for all day. Mickey take. Keep waiting by customer service. Disgraceful.

Fabulous service. Booked 320d Touring in for a brake fluid service and a safety recall. Car was collected from my home at the advised time, I was kept updated as to progress, was sent a video of the vehicle inspection, advised when service completed and return time which was again as advised. Will definitely use them again as the service from start to finish was exemplary so much so that I was compelled to leave this 5 star review. Thanks to all.

Reasonable service, bit of a kindergarten on a Saturday, In my personal experience I found the 2 young female staff at reception totally ineffective and to be honest, not the reception I'd expect from BMW. more interested in chatting whilst a young lad chat with his dog at the reception desk. I wasn't impressed.

Bought my x7 from here, was very simple and easy, purchased the car within 2 hours of speaking with Chris. Chris kept the process straightforward and painless for me, had the car delivered to me in no time. Very happy with the purchase. Couldnt get anything for free out of him though! Haha
