        The freshly baked bread at Wenzels is delicious. However the bread is not covered and the staff do not wear plastic gloves when handling the products. The new staff member Roberta was belligerent and disrespectful to my elderly mother who requested she uses some plastic or paper to hold the bread when taking it to be sliced. In light of the recent pandemic, I expected the staff to be more sensitive in this matter. Disappointing service. Wenzels needs to ask their staff members to wear gloves or use tongs when handling the uncovered bread and to speak politely to their customers.
