When I bought the bike the shop assistant was fine but on purchasing the bike and it supposedly being checked over I noticed when riding it that the brakes and gears were not working so took it back to the shop where the shop assistant was really dismissive and rude saying its supposed to come in checked. so I wont be coming back and you can stuff the cycle care I will go somewhere else.
