We needed some advice about a possible house purchase that is in need of renovation. Graham held an initial consultation and discussed options. He provided his initial outline thinking and even did some very high level investigation as to what may, or may not be possible (ultimately local planning would have to give the definitive view). Graham was really helpful and professional. His initial feedback and guidance of next steps to take (and what risks might exist) were exactly what we were looking for. Thank-you Phil

Having collaborated with Graham Lea and worked with him closely on numerous occasions over the years, I hold him in the highest of regards in terms of his dedication to architecture and more importantly to his clients. I believe Graham's portfolio will continue to grow due to his persistence in wanting to improve the built environment for the north-west.
