After contacting a few different architects and getting various quotes, we met Sam and we knew straight away she was the architect for us to help plan our dream extension. We have waited a number of years to be able to make our home our dream home, creating an open plan kitchen and living space and we wanted an architect who would understand what we were trying to achieve. Being complete novices and never having done an extension or submitting anything to planning she helped with the applications. Any tweaks or changes to the design Sam did so. If you're trying to find an architect to plan your extension or home I recommend you to meet Sam.

We had bought a new house and were looking to do remodel it. Spoke to a few architect firms before deciding to go with SJR. Sam was really professional and we just clicked with her from the very start. This was very important for us as well. To work with someone who would understand where we were coming from. She never enforced her ideas upon us. She knew it was our project and she was happy to support us in anyway she could to get us our dream house. She had amazing ideas and pointed us in the right direction to get more ideas for our project. She dealt with the whole process from start to finish very well. We have got our planning permission and are now onto our next step. She is more than happy to support us in anyway she can. Also her prices are very reasonable compared to other firms.

Can't recommend Sam enough. She designed and submitted a rear kitchen extension for us, taking into account all that we wanted from our new space and adapting it as required. She came on site to meet us in person, whilst many other companies would only offer a video consultation. Sam is always very quick to respond and helpful at directing us towards our next steps, which we hope to begin next year!
