On Tuesday 4 April one of your engineers came to my house to repair a faulty extractor fan (under warranty from Lamona/Howdens). Will you please pass on to his line manager/boss (and him) my appreciation for his professionalism,knowledge and service orientated attitude to sorting out the problem,which he did. Was waiting at a crossing in Bamber bridge and their driver didnt even attempt to slow down despite me being their way before him. He then proceeded to jump a red light. Be careful if you see one of these vans.

They were instructed by Samsung to repair my robot hover. They were told that they have a limited time to come and repair due to Christmas holiday but they attempted to come when there was no one home. They cancelled the repair. We had to contact Samsung and get it booked again. This time they cancelled with no attempts. Very irresponsible.

Absolutely awful. Came to repair my Samsung TV, repaired the screen ON MY BED! But then broke something in the tv the tv that meant he couldn't turn it on. Had to wait another week until we got it back! No apologies or compensation or anything.
