Very disappointing. Andy came out to give a quote 3 weeks+ ago, said he would be able to do the job a few days later (due to wet weather which I understood). Its been dry for most of the time since and I physically cannot get hold of him over phone or text message since (tried on multiple occasions). Whilst the quote was reasonable the lack of communication has been terrible. I would never normally leave negative reviews for local businesses like this but companies need to understand the unnecessary stress and implications things like this can cause to customers - weve now had a rattling aerial disturbing our sleep (including my 1 year old daughters) for almost a month when I could have just contacted another company from the outset had he not wanted to do the work.

Andy is a lovely guy, professional, courteous and does a great job. He fitted a new TV aerial in the loft. The cabling took some figuring out but no problem for Andy. Our dog thinks Andy is great as well! Highly recommended.
