Just like to say Thank you for the dedicated care you all gave my mum Kathleen Cairns till the day she died. We couldn't have asked for a better set of carers who was there 24/7 we had laugh's, cries, ups and downs but they all kept us up to scratch what was happening and treat my mum with care and dignity as if she was a relative. Every last one of them was Brilliant. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTSJackie

Completely pointless so called 'service'. The 'carer' who came today refused to do anything except watch while I did it myself. I was in extreme pain and breatless. If I could do it myself I wouldn't need them! He also spoke to me as if I was something nasty that he had trodden on. Absolutely dreadful. Best avoid.

Only care about money not the elderly poor management rush to get finished and carers leave early to get to other clients and when you complain say they can't keep to care plan and hand contract back if anyone has same problem please share interesting to know if anyone shares same experience

Guardian are looking after my father in law who is extremely poorly. We have had the same lady see him every day now for many weeks. She is so lovely and compassionate and kind to Richard and has been such a huge support to my husband and myself at such a difficult time. Excellent service, care, understanding on how hard it is for their client and family as well and compassionate for both clients and their family. She is always smiling and happy leaves notes every day and even messages me with any concerns . She makes a hard time so much easier to deal with. Thankyou. Highly recommend this company.
