The worst experience I've ever had! 2 adults and my 2 children went out to eat and we felt Like we had been robbed the price on the menu is not the price you pay when you leave. They have a stealth tax and we was left confused when we had to pay extra 15 food tax on top of our all ready over priced food .while we was eating a customer questioned his bill and they called the police on him he was telling people they are not VAT registered. He was correct ....Our bill was just under 90 for average food in an average place even at nicer places for 2 adults and 2 children under 10 a bill does not tend to go over 65 .. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Sorry, but if you've read my reviews (and there are many genuine ones on here) I don't do this often. This is something you must know. This place is a scam. 1. They outrightly refuse you a physical bill. They said we could click their screen but couldn't have a bill. We had to argue to get a bill off them. 2. They charge you VAT (and suspiciously call it "Food 20%"). There's no VAT number on the bill. We asked for the VAT number or refused to pay just the VAT bit. We offered to pay the bill. They were not happy. We argued with the manager and the best she could do was have it emailed over to us. We refused to pay the VAT again. She then called someone (who pretended to be the owner) and handed us over the phone. He then gave us an invalid VAT number which we verified online. We asked again, he gave us a VAT number for a company that was dissolved in 2017. We checked. It was some other company with a similar name which was a road transport company. By this time they had called the cops on us because they thought we were refusing to pay the bill. We had insisted from the start to pay (only minus their dodgy tax scheme). The cops were polite and cooperative and it backfired as they were feeding us false information. Later the manager told the cops the guy on the phone was another manager (not the owner). The food is another issue. They serve you lamb chops which are so tough it's probably sheep. The food is average at best. They charge you 3.39 per 300-330mL beverage and don't let you in even with your own water. They don't serve tap water. We paid 20+ quid just for non-alcoholic drinks for 6. Just bad business practice and perhaps a tax fraud that's been going on. They stopped charging other people VAT after us while we were there and the cops were there. Dodgy! We urge you not to go there and to certainly not pay "food tax" if you do decide to go there. The cops asked us to pay the bill minus the tax bit, which we had insisted on all along. We're reporting this business and taking legal action. (Please find a copy of our bill for your reference, which we retained despite the manager making multiple attempts to take it off us - saying the printer only prints it once so she needs it back).

Overpriced..shoked by massive increase of price within one month.
