I worked for Blue Ribbon for 22 months. There was lack of communication throughout the house that I worked in from management & senior members of staff. You are expected to use your own mobile phone to make appointments & contact GP & to also arrange for repeat prescriptions for both service users as the house does not have a telephone or computer. It was the same members of staff doing all the work as the staff that they were employing were incompetent to do the job & would sit in the house on their phones or watching Television. Medication that went missing which was a controlled drug & that was brushed under the carpet. There was no support from management if there was any incidents with the service users & no debrief. They also ask existing members of staff to write good reviews about them. Not a very good company to work for!

i have just started to work for blue ribbon and i am enjoying my time here staff and management have been great. individuals receive the best standard of care.

Brilliant company to work for, very supportive and always give opportunities to progress their staff. Also give fantastic care to individuals that they support.
