I take it we are all somewhat scared when we think of going to therapy for the first time. I can say that I certainly was. Yet, I was lucky enough to be matched with Melissa, one of the kindest and most supportive people I have met. Melissa is an outstanding professional: she is always attentive, asks the right questions to make you ponder, and most importantly, provides you with a safe space where you will be able to talk about absolutely anything with no pressure whatsoever. I have been through a month of therapy with Melissa Cooper and my first therapy experience couldn't have been more positive.
