        I have been a loyal customer for I dont know how many years, I have a great relationship with the owner and manager but, recently one member of staff has been very disrespectful, despite being asked my management to be respectful, I am still experiencing hostility, I will always be loyal and will continue to shop there but, I will refuse to go in there if I am continued to be disrespected when management have brought it to his attention and he is ignoring it, rant over I luv the shop and owner, just issues I have to resolve, no reflection on any other members of staff or the owner.
