Soozi Kay Yoga & Pole

I started having one to one on line Yoga with Soozi weekly in July 2021. Its not like the usual Zoom experience. Soozi gives such clear instructions, and is amazingly attentive and wonderfully encouraging. Working on stretching, balance and core strengthening, finishing with a great relaxation at the end. Soozi personally tailors the lessons to suit me taking into account any injuries, and my state of mind. The lessons leave me feeling pleased with myself, wonderfully lightened up for a few days after, and highly motivated.

I have one to one private pole lessons with Soozi, and soozi is such a fantastic teacher. Really makes you feel comfortable and at ease in the lessons. Takes the time to demonstrate and help refine the moves. Highly recommend

Soozi is a brilliant instructor, I started pole again after a long break and was lacking confidence, she puts you totally at easy and is really encouraging. You have great fun whilst getting fitter and stronger. Wonderful inclusive classes for everyone, would definitely recommend.

Soozi is the best teacher, gives you so much confidence. Her classes are small so she can focus on each person, and always makes it fun! I look forward to Thursdays
