Bright Horizons Prestbury Day Nursery and Preschool

Awesome nursery with great staff! We really can't fault this nursery. It's small size allows for all the staff to know each child well. Both our children attend and I can honestly say I feel extremely relaxed dropping them off in the morning. They have healthy food for all meals, they are always learning new things in a well cared for and happy environment.

My little boy started at Prestbury almost a year ago and has continued to thrive there. The setting is stunning, lots of outdoor spaces and greenery! The rooms for the children are well equipped, warm and inviting and have all the latest technology you would expect. The building is secure, as are the rooms inside which separate the age groups. The menu and food served is of excellent quality. The most important however and the key ingredient that attracted us to the nursery were the management and full staff team. The staff are superb!! They actually adore the children they care for and invest a great deal of time into getting to know each individual child (and parent!) They are extremely approachable, caring and compassionate and this is reflected in the happiness of the children. My son has really warmed to all of the staff and talks about them at home with fondness. Both myself, husband and our son have a fantastic relationship with all the staff members and are thrilled with the care our little one receives. The staff understand what he needs and have brought him on so much since he started. His language, behaviour and personality have really flourished here. The manager always puts the children, staff and their safety first and is always happy to discuss anything and answer questions. She has a arranged lots of special events for the parents to get involved within the nursery and continues to do so. Her enthusiasm for the nursery and the children is reflected in her team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this charming nursery.

Asquith Prestbury branch have been amazing with my girl she has progressed very quickly since attending their sessions, she has learned nicer eating habits and drinking from a free flow cup much better than before attending their sessions. Her home routine has improved since attending there once a week. They were very happy to support my daughter to read an Easter story that we brought in to help her learn about Jesus as we are a Christian family and even sent us printed out photos of her having fun every week. She is so happy to go to nursery that she doesnt even get upset she smiles and waves and walks to her favourite play areas and really likes her keyworker who is very diligent with her end of day reports.i love the fact that we get end of day report slips every visit continuously regardless of how long the child has been attending. Their accident procedures are so thorough that the call you for the slightest reddening of the lips when she tried to bite some of the toys while teething and were quick to apply the teething gel I provided for her when she feels the need for it. I love the fact that we get a new slip every month asking for what they like to do best and they incorporate these into the daily activity, as they are aware that children change their preferences frequently. They made sure to take note of foods she doesnt like and offer an alternative when these are on the menu to support child centred care. Their security measures are the best I have seen and their assurances of identity protection from social media are very comforting in a modern technology world. They really do deserve to be the highest ranked nursery and live up to the awards they have won, which are proudly presented in the visitor and reception areas.

My daughter attended prestbury day nursery, and she (and myself) absoloutley loved it! She settled in immediately and adored her key person. I would recommend the nursery to anyone wanting a safe, happy place for their child to attend .

I would definitely recommend Prestbury Nursery. My son has attended since 7 months old and is now 2yrs 3mths. The staff care so much about each child. They show love, professionalism and have fun on a daily basis. Ive never once had that gut-wrenching feeling when Ive left him. He has come on leaps and bounds and learns something new every day. He looks forward to Nursery and I have trouble getting him to leave at the end of his session. I really would be lost without the staff and their expertise guiding me through stages, always with a smile and reassurance. The nursery always celebrates occasions, one recently being The Queens birthday. All the children were involved in making the cakes and the families were invited. A lovely sunny day on the field with bunting, afternoon tea and some very lucky, happy children. Thank you to you all.
