Just returned from 2022 bikefest. I expected a whole lot more after being told how great it was. This year there wasn't much festival about it. No stage with live music. The live "action" show consisted of a fella on a trials bike and one on a BMX. Not very high octane IMHO. Very very few trade stalls to while away the afternoon. Those that were there seem second rate. Hardly any food vendors and those that were there charged too much for poor quality. Such a shame as the venue is decent but it just seemed so minimalist. I gladly give money to help the blood bikers but this was poor by anyone's standards. The show has been cancelled the past 2 years and I can only assume they sold lots of tickets to support the show in 2020/21 and 2022. I and I'm guessing many others, won't be back.

Loads of fun on the bring and ride day. Plenty to see good coffee and buns from the stands. Access across the paddock to watch the prep. Fun day out!

What a cracking day, would recommend, all blood staff were cheerful and pleasant, bike parking was excellent. And the show of bikes was excellent too,
