I share the frustration of others with no shows, no phone or email response and the right arm not knowing what the left arm is doing. Such a pity. I gave up after 2 days of no show and hopefully got a refund. I was beginning to think it was a scam.

I've used AAT twice to collect household goods (mattresses, sofas, scrap wood) and both times everything has been collected from my front garden with no fuss or drama. Great prices, great service.

I have no words to describe their lack of professionalism. They couldnt organise a simple collection. We were originally told the driver was going to come by 9am. He didnt. We chased mid-morning and were promised hed be there by 1. He didnt turn up. After that, they wouldnt answer the phones for hours until I eventually got through to someone who didnt deal with collections at all. They told me the driver would come by half six. Guess what? He didnt. There was no communication from this company, no apology, they didnt even bother to call us to say there was an issue with the collection, and we spent the whole day waiting for the collection that never happened in the end. They still havent apologised. Absolutely shocking. What a clueless bunch. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to arrange pick up from Worcester twice, both times no one turned up, or even communicated that no one was coming. Terrible to get hold of on the phone, constant ringing out, constant transfers to voicemails of random people, of which only 1 got a reply. I took my last 2 days holiday from work so I could be at home for the arranged pick ups and Im infuriated that this has taken up so much of my time. Trying to do the right thing for the environment (Im trying to pay them for this after all!) shouldnt be this difficult.
