They came to my rescue during the recent Royal Mail cyber attack. They allowed me to ship out to one of their return hubs and from there they shipped out to my customers. They may have saved my amazon account from suspension.

Very disappointing service. Their software is terrible (I use another services which is much better). Expensive given the level services. I'm trying to cancel my account and 7 days after emailing them they've yet to respond. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this awful company.

I am really very disappointed with their service. They lost 3 of my very expensive leather jackets at their warehouse and never informed me, I only got to know when I asked them to reship to some other customer. Then recently I asked them to ship 2 items from their Canada fulfilment centre, I was provided with the Canada Post tracking IDs but items were never shipped. I had to refund buyer. I dont know where my items are now.
