Do not use this company, I never write bad reviews but Conors treatment has been appalling. He replaced guttering and downpipes to the front of my house, when removing cast iron downpipe there were 6 large holes where render came away. Conor had agreed to make good within original price. I foolishly paid in full on the day, his men also knowingly snapped off around 8 branches to a very expensive umbrella acer. Conor agreed to either replace or compensate, was very nice about it and so was I. Its now been 16 weeks since original job Ive been in touch with Conar asking when he was coming to do repairs - kept saying next week and never turned up. He now refuses to answer my calls, doesnt reply to my messages and when I called on a friends phone he hung up on me. Terrible service and Ive no idea why he has treated me in this manner.
