AVOID. I tried to organise visit to discuss garden room, told first time I couldn't just turn up, needed to ring first (not mentioned in email when I had booked appointment), staff on site knew nothing about products. Second visit - accused of getting date wrong! Had email with date on, staff (Greg's wife I think) accused me of misreading and showed me another email. Checked mine and she'd sent hers the day after I'd agreed time following first email, she'd tried to recall /change email to make it look like my fault! She was very abusive and rude when I questioned this and told me to get lost in not so polite words. When I emailed proof back, she wished me all the best and sorry they couldn't help. Nasty, rude, horrible staff. Shame the product looked nice but have gone elsewhere due to appalling customer service. I put a review on their FB page but it hasn't showed up surprisingly, so don't believe what you read on there!!

Did it cheaper than just for the material cost I would have paid. Installed in one day flat and more importantly my cars now have somewhere to call home. Will use again, a Summerhouse in Spring most likely.

this is an honest review of this company and i will start by saying the actual process of buying a building from them is very good, Claire answers emails immediately and communicates well. I ordered a 15 x 13 standard height 3080mm to highest point building and had a base laid to size. Covid didnt help delivery timescales and i accepted the long delay in getting the shed, but the problems arose on delivery, they turned up with the wrong size shed, i was promised it would be sorted the following day, they did not arrive nor did they call me to say they wouldn't arrive. They did however return on the following day which was ok, it put me out but i was ok with it. What i didn't like was the curt responses i received via messenger from someone at Shedbox (i assume the boss) when i chased the fitting up on the Saturday morning when i was let down after being promised a fitting, i was told the fitters dog died that morning so they couldn't come. I can't comment on the health of the dog so have to assume someone was telling me the truth! I would have liked a phone call to say they were not coming but maybe that was asking too much!! I ordered all the upgrades, so 4x2 frame 21mm cladding and membrane and floor and the build of the shed is good. The finishing off is pretty basic but i can deal with weatherproofing the doors and fitting the windows. What I cant deal with however is the fact the shed is STILL the wrong size, its only 2000mm through the door and 2600 max to ridge. I am positive the shed will last me many years and the quality of the timber looks good, but if you are paying top dollar for a shed/workshop you should expect top dollar finishing. I also expect the shed to be the one i ordered, i appreciate size is not everything but when you order a 3050mm high shed you expect one. So in conclusion the shed box order process is smooth and efficient, the delivery is as it will be, the product is good, the finishing off is pretty basic, the management is lacking, the manufacturing and delivering the customers order is appalling. Just make sure you measure your shed before they leave to ensure you get what you paid for i didnt and although i wont have to duck to go through the doors i would have liked the building i paid for.
