Stay away! Do not under any circumstances work for this mafia run "company", you will be disappointed! * Unprofessional! * Unorganised! * Unable to use effective communication at work! * Unable to effectively educate staff! * Unable to have minor disagreements or discussions, headstrong and biased in their thinking! * Little respect for staff and their thoughts! * Profit driven! * High and unrealistic standards set for staff! * Bad work/life balance! * Can earn much more else where for the same job(s)! * High staff turnover, unable to keep talented, key skilled staff due to attitude! * Workers monitored daily e.g. breaks and daily routine! * Charged for additional training if one does not abide by the given "rules" concerning payment for the training. This agreement is merely verbal, no written and signed agreements involved! Much more to say, but all in all if there is no change in the attitudes and actions of those in positions of authority, the "company" as a whole has a very bleak future, with no room for genuine growth, or respect from staff and others who are affiliated with them. The foundations that this "company" is built on (and too many others alike) reminds me very much of the parable of the foolish man who built his house on sand! "And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.
