        I have very mixed feelings about this nursing home. There were some wonderful members of staff but others were almost bullies They had no hot water for 4 weeks and mum was never given a bath or shower in that time Sadly she passed away after 4 weeks. The care home didnt let us know. We had to ring to see how she was and she had died. No one rang to offer condolences and no card of sympathy or anything I would not recommend unless there were changes

        Excellent management and staffs to work with. Supportive managers and colleagues, they all pull together when needed. Diverse team. Very dedicated team to ensure the residents is well taken care of and look after everyday.
