I would absolutely give this care home not zero but double negative, here is my story with this care home, I have done two shift in the care home with an agency called RedGroup, and obviously there was a mistake the paperwork was not sign to start with but after long forwarded and backwards with the agency, they sent my paperwork to the care home and they can sign it and i can get paid, but for months and months the care home and the agency been said to me we are looking at it ,and since then i have been begging for 5 months about my money from the agency to get paid but the agency and the care home systematic agreed not to pay me for the two days shift i have done, I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this care home, because you might not get paid your money like me, I think they consider the workers like slaves

Beautiful decor, most staff friendly ,caring and experienced, very little activities (although much blogging and marketing about what little there is), pleasant rooms, lovely menu and food looked tasty with good choice, clean. Rather disorganised at time of experience due to lack of Management- (this will probably have changed), very over-worked administrator who was lovely, but very stressed due to heavy workload. Sadly witnessed one member of (senior care) staff "telling off" a resident which was reported. This has apparently happened before so hopefully will be dealt with. Some staff not particularly happy and some leaving. Residents look well cared for, but bored! Agency used but seem to be consistent (same carers used). Beautiful, well kept gardens which are used by residents. Lovely bright conservatories.
