Brilliant Fires

Couldn't be happier with the fire and the service we received from Jim and Sam at Brilliant Fires. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fire and surround. We went to look at a number of different fire places and none came close to the fire itself as well as the personnel touch and service. We can't forget to mention Sal as well who was great to work with when he came to install the fire and build the media unit, a really good guy whose knowledge and work is exceptional and also the plasterer Daz who did the whole room to a very high standard. We were lucky to come across Brilliant Fires from a friend's recommendation. WOW, what can I say - Brilliant by name, brilliant indeed!! From start to finish, the service is incredible. A company who are clearly passionate about their business, I literally cannot recommend them highly enough. We had our new lounge fire fitted last week - it's absolutely amazing, and can't wait to have our new media wall in the next couple of weeks. Excellent service. We needed a complete set of replacement coals for a 20 year old gas fire, I was worried this would prove hard to source. Brilliant Fires ordered and supplied exactly what we needed within a very short time, especially given the lockdown restrictions. We are very pleased with the end result. Thank you Brilliant Fires.
