Absolute cowboys from start to finish I have now reported them to TPO and Which Consumer Website. Bully boy aggressive sales tactics lost me a sale the buyer was in tears after their telephone call. Only mentioned the 5K fee when negotiating the sale with the buyer she was mortified as I was this was 4 times what the local agent quoted me. Told me I should have asked more questions before I signed up...funny I was told no fees to pay no solicitors fees either I was told they have an agreement with the buyer......total con from start to finish avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible treatment from these agents would never have any dealings with these under any circumstances ever again. Misleading rude and lies was my experience nothing positive to say unfortunately

Unfortunately I had my worst estate agent experience with Bricks Mortar (I'm an investor so I've dealt with more than a few). I tried to buy a property with them. They said that there was another buyer who had been slow to provide their documents and get the sale going, but they said that I'd get the purchase if I provided my documents. My offer was accepted and I provided my documents. Later on they decided to sell to the first buyer anyway, which meant that I lost the fees I'd already paid for the mortgage application. In addition, the staff I dealt with were neither polite nor professional. I recommend avoiding this company.
