Jo, Owen and Nicole recently marketed and successfully supported us in the sale of a family property. The service they provided was nothing short of 1st class (professional yet friendly) and much exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated excellent local knowledge and clearly had lots of experience of selling properties in Poynton. They offered us lots of sound advice and were always willing to share their time throughout the process. This included supporting us with some queries and advice after the sale, which went above and beyond their obligations. Communication throughout the process was always appropriate and their marketing and promotion of the property was spot on. They even returned to the property and took extra photos for us ( at no extra cost) when the garden was in full bloom to maximise the potential. Joanne and her team have given a professional service from first meeting through to completion. A house move is considered to be one of life's most stressful situations. Any issues we had were immediately dealt with and resolved as they endeavored to keep our stress levels to a minimum! They were always confident the sale price was realistic and with a little negotiation (give & take!), was achieved within eight months. We are so happy with the outcome and that they managed to find the "perfect" couple to buy our house... thank you!

We sold through Gascoigne Halman. The service we received was excellent. Professional and courteous at all times, whilst also being friendly. Owen conducted most of the the viewings for us and was always on time and provided us with viewer feedback within 24 hours. Nicole always responded to our questions and gave us progress updates and Jo was always available for advice and support. A great team at the Poynton office we would have no hesitation to recommend.

Both Owen and Nicole were excellent agents who did their very best to keep everything moving, even when battling against the progress-blockers that are online agents.
