The company works wifh few agencies and they arenpaying different rates to workers from different agencies. The rates vary from 11.50 to 12.50 but what is even weirder is that if you'd like to go perm with them, they only pay 9.60 per hour for forklift driver which seems like a total disgrace! When you go to work via agency you will be given false information about the true nature of the work and duties to get you in. There is plenty of heavy liftin involved and the company doesn't follow even basic health and safety rules making it very easy for employees and workers to get bad injuries that management doesnt even care about reporting! There is a big issue with discriminatory and racist behaviour. People of different nationalities and of different skin colour are being made fun of and treated in an unacceptable way... eg. Whistling at them to get their attention etc. People with less English are being treated like less of human beings, again with disgusting comments and behaviours that fall far above simple banter! The management's attitude basically approves this sort of attitude without making any changes or even addressing the issues.

Saw a driver driving through Hartlepool small busy town in dual carriageway doing least 10/15 mph over speed limit. Driving fast didn't seem to be bothered about other road user . For a large lorry this is dangerous if he had to come to a sudden stop also in outside lane.

Just saw their driver flying through the alton roundabout completely ignoring give way lines and my right of way causing me to brake extremely hard Luckily nothing happened , can you please train your drivers to drive with care and attention
