Sorry but you really need to up your game. At 15.95 for an adult and 7.95 for a child, this is the most overpriced rip off of the century. The children were totally bored as there were hardly any animals to pet. It may be different in the summer but at Christmas time you really need to reduce your prices if the animals are not available.

Took our grandsons to visit Santa Claus..all the staff where very friendly and helpful and the boys loved all including feeding the animals.

Hi all I work here! To the recent minority of people that have said not many animal or over priced!! We have 7 sheep 6 alpaca 2 donkeys 4 ponies 10 pigs 5 goats 15 rabbits to hold 30 chickens to hold 3 turkeys 2 geese Total over 80. We did have more but to new government legislation we was forced to have to re home 2 fallow dear 2 wallaby 2 emu 1 eagle owl We invested in a reptile house 3 snakes 2 torturous 2 eguana 3 tarantula 2 scorpion 2 giant centipede Stick insects Etc The new government legislation made us shut it down We will always try and better our selfs We have a land train at 2 pp A small new play area You pay for the day Staff to spend with and animals to pet with no limit I take on bored the size ( 8 aces) And not quite complete! But for everything we try the council take away. Wages up Animal feed up 45% Cost of living up Fuel up Utilitys up Interest up We set the prices before all this witch we have taken! We charge 5pp! let cares in for free! We let childminders in for free! We cut the price for education and open up on our day off to give them the best experience We get that you cant please everyone but we really do what we do on a shoe string!
