I couldn't recommend Stratford Solicitors enough!! They have been so fast and effective with the purchase of our first house! We had Alice Brown as our conveyancer and she was outstanding. As we were first time buyers she made the process so simple and straight forward and any queries we had would be responded on the same day. The process from offer to completion was just over a month (we are aware this can differ due to the chain), and we are both so glad we picked Stratford Solicitors.!

Ive recently had a fantastic experience using Helen for conveyancing. We had a very short timescale in which to exchange and then complete contracts. Helen managed this effortlessly with wonderful communication at every stage. I will certainly use Helen again and can highly recommend her services.
