Theres a lot of choice out there of all types of flooring.!!! Until I had a conversation with Richard at Floor bay I was totally baffled on which brand make durability I needed . Richard asked me a few questions on where it was going to be laid etc etc and advised me on the best make and gave me a very competitive price which included free delivery. My fitter was also very pleased with the quality and price i had paid and asked for Richards number. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring .

Appalling Ive used floor bay for many years and had no issues but after ordering and paying for an order amtico signature Richard the owner had failed to deliver goods after nearly 6 weeks although Ive made many phone calls to him and his team he has failed to give me any answers on my order if you need flooring dont use floor bay after taking your money they are useless and have just given excuses
