Gareth's workmanship on this project was outstanding. He puts all of his pride and attention to detail into his work so that the end result is truly amazing. You'll not have a kitchen this good if you don't get Gareth to build it. Nothing is too much trouble and he is a pleasure to deal with. He has mastered his craft and the kitchen is jaw dropping. Gareth designed and hand built our kitchen recently. The result is phenomenal. Gareth's energy, enthusiasm, passion and vision set him apart from the rest, he is truly unique at what he does. Our kitchen is work of art, deigned for practical living, but looks sensational and blends seamlessly into ur property, - like it was always meant to be there. Not only is his his artistic talents and craftsmanship of the highest standard, but also his customer service, which is 1st class. Gareth took us on a journey and worked in true partnership with our family and far exceeded our expectations. Having spent many months searching online for our dream handmade kitchen, we became disillusioned with the same old conventional designs. However, persistence pays and whilst searching on google images we discovered Carved Wood Design. Apart from the wonderful designs we were intrigued by the limitless design options and Gareths attitude of giving us exactly what we wanted to suit our architecturally difficult house, rather than leading us to a more conventional design. Throughout the entire project Gareth relayed photos showing the design process and the various stages of progress, making the experience both enjoyable and stress free. The final result is aesthetically breathtaking, yet works beautifully on a practical level and the build quality is exceptional. I feel expectations are rarely met in a profit obsessed world, and I cant think of a single item Ive purchased in the past that came close to my expectations. Fortunately, Carved Wood Design buck the trend, and I can honestly say I couldnt be more satisfied, and for the first time my expectations have not only been realised but exceeded. Thank you!

The first kitchen Gareth made for us was a stunning design in burr oak. When we moved house there was no question - we had to have another "Gareth" kitchen. The result was a completely unique and individual kitchen with curved cupboards and doors and bespoke carving - pics feature on the website. Gareth is much more than a furniture maker - he is an artist and a sculptor and his skill and passion are evident in everything he makes. All furniture should be made this way. I should also say he is a real gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

Gareth has been working with us on various projects in our property over a number of years. The latest works have involved the redesign of our kitchen. The kitchen was originally designed by Gareth some years ago and we have loved it. We wanted to freshen it up and modernise it slightly, but didnt want to lose the features that we loved so much in his original creation. It was also important to us that it remained in keeping with the farmhouse property. We are absolutely delighted yet again with the result. The new parts blend seamlessly with the old and we have achieved exactly the end result that we hoped for. Would not hesitate to recommend Carved Wood Design Annice, Cheshire
