        Needed a prescription urgently which I hadnt received, receptionist spoke to the doctor and sorted me out. Very happy excellent service

        I had an appointment to see a doctor. I signed in and was advised that I would be called when the doctor was ready. Well organised and had very short wait till my name was called. Reception was very helpful.

        Absolutely useless. On hold for 45 minutes to get to the first in the queue then they put the phone down, only to ring a second time and the same thing again. Then ring later this evening to be first in the queue for another 40 minutes and nothing. Poor communication
