What a thoroughly unpleasant experience visiting this site. Bellway are in a position to treat potential buyers with a "take it or leave it" attitude. My gut feeling when leaving was that the post sale experience would be awful as well. I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt like I should do to make people aware of how they are likely to be treated if they are considering to purchase a home at this site. In regards to the appointment, I honestly do not know why the sales lady, Debbie was there, apart from to prevent sales. We arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment, but she would not speak to us before the appointment time, even when nobody else was there. We went to look at the show homes, and when we came back to the office she didn't say a word to us. It was as if we weren't there. It was then that we asked if she would speak to us even though we still had 15 minutes before our appointment. Hesitantly and somewhat unwillingly she agreed. She did not invite us to sit down, or make us feel in any way welcomed. Perhaps she was just in a bad mood. When compared to our visits to various other local sites, this experience made us determined not to buy from Bellway under any circumstances. This lady was passive aggressive, unfriendly, un-helpful and made us feel that she simply did not want to talk to us. We are homeowners with a highly sellable property in Wilmslow, excited for new beginnings and this is how we were treated. Appalling in all sense of the word. Additionally, in our opinion when compared to other offerings these houses do not appear to be of good value.

We have reserved a Bellway property on Copperfields and are very excited for it to be ready and for our new lives in Poynton to begin! Debbie has been supportive and helpful throughout. She is highly organised and efficient, making the whole process so far a very pleasant experience.
